Returns & Refunds Policy

All Desil products are digital crochet patterns delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

If something is wrong

We still want you to be happy with your pattern. If a file is faulty, corrupt, will not download, or the pattern contains a genuine error, email us within 14 days of purchase at info@desil.shop and we'll repair it, resend it, or issue a refund where appropriate.

What we cannot refund

• Buyer's remorse or a change of mind after downloading.
• Not having the skills, tools, or materials to complete a pattern.
• A finished project that did not turn out as hoped.

Each product page lists the skill level and materials, so please check these before buying. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
