Last updated: 19 September 2026

This policy explains how DESI LIMITED ("Desil," "we," "us," "our") collects and uses your personal information when you visit or buy from us. You can reach us at DESI LIMITED, 76 Avalon Street, Aylesbury, England, HP18 0GS, or info@desil.shop.

Information we collect

Order information: your name, email, billing address, and payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by our processor).
Account information: if you create an account, the details you provide.
Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar analytics collected through cookies.

How we use it

To deliver your patterns and process your orders.
To provide support and respond to your messages.
To send marketing, only where you have opted in, which you can stop at any time.
To keep the store secure and improve how it works.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers who help us run the store — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and email tools — and only as needed. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your privacy rights (California and other US states)

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information. If we use advertising or analytics cookies that count as "sharing" or "selling" under California law, you can opt out through our cookie settings or your browser controls. To make a request, email info@desil.shop; we may need to verify your identity first.
